Job Description

Culture Amp is seeking a Principal Data Scientist to play a crucial role in shaping and driving advancements in problem definition, data exploration, insight generation, metrics formation, AI feature development, and evaluation. As the most senior individual contributor, this role involves hands-on contributions to tackle difficult problems, unblock teams, and demonstrate data science best practices. The Principal Data Scientist will collaborate across teams to align on data strategy and ensure effective application of data science techniques.
