Culture Amp is seeking a Principal Data Scientist to play a crucial role in shaping and driving actionable insights and impactful AI features. The ideal candidate will contribute to tackling difficult problems, unblocking teams, and demonstrating data science best practices. This role involves collaborating across teams to drive alignment on data strategy and ensure effective application of data science techniques.   • Contribute to solving difficult problems and demonstrating data science best practices.
  • Collaborate across teams to drive alignment on data strategy.
  • Mentor Data Scientists and ML engineers.
  • Contribute to strategy as part of the Data Science Leadership Team.
Requirements:
  • Significant practitioner experience across data science.
  • Competency in data engineering, data analytics, and software engineering.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in Data Science.
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with database technologies like SQL, Redshift, and Postgres.
  • Experience with AI Feature Development tools like LangChain, pandas, and sci kit learn.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as plotly and seaborn.
