Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Engineer to join their Performance Data team in Sydney. The successful candidate will contribute to improving the company's data-related processes and support other teams in building customer-facing features. This role involves collaborating with other engineers, mentoring junior team members, and designing effective solutions to meet product requirements.Role involves:

• Maintaining and improving data-related processes.

Requirements:

• Experience building web-based software applications.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture patterns.
• Commercial experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Proactive and clear communication skills.

• Understanding of customer problems.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React (or willingness to learn).
• Experience with Event Driven Architecture (beneficial).
• Self-motivation and independent work ability.
