Payhawk is seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team in Amsterdam. This role is pivotal in generating new leads and business opportunities within the Benelux region, specifically targeting the Dutch market. The BDR will be the first point of contact for potential clients, building relationships and creating sales opportunities for the Account Executives. Role Involves:
- Owning outbound prospecting campaigns using various outreach strategies.
- Collaborating with Account Executives to execute targeted prospecting strategies.
- Leveraging marketing-driven demand generation campaigns and actively following up on leads.
- Building a strong sales pipeline for the Benelux market, focusing on companies with over 200 employees.
- Identifying new niches and developing innovative campaigns to improve outreach.
- Analyzing outreach efforts and results to refine future strategies.
- Managing a pipeline of potential clients to exceed monthly targets and achieve sustainable growth.
