Job Description
Grow Therapy is seeking a Cash Posting Lead to establish the Cash Reconciliation Vertical. The Cash Posting Lead will ensure accurate and timely posting of payments, adjustments, and denials. This role involves working on cash posting projects with RCM Leaders and contracted offshore teammates, reporting to the Insurance Operations Department.
Responsibilities:
- Own multiple RCM operational functions and drive performance based on key KPIs.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve KPIs.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop recommendations to resolve issues.
- Own organizational design, develop a hiring plan, and determine roles for contractors vs. W-2 employees.
- Lead special projects to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally to validate cash posting strategy and design new workflows.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in RCM for a Healthcare Organization, focused on cash posting.
- Strong financial mindset.
- Deep understanding of KPIs and ability to improve performance.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational pain points.
- Agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
