Responsibilities include:

  • Budget planning for personnel and labor costs
  • Identifying high performers and implementing retention strategies
  • Planning and managing evaluation and compensation systems
  • Participating in PP Group standardization initiatives
  • Analyzing HR data and addressing related issues
  • Handling labor-related matters

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of HR generalist or consulting experience
  • Experience in managing HR systems, particularly evaluation and compensation
