Responsibilities include:
- Budget planning for personnel and labor costs
- Identifying high performers and implementing retention strategies
- Planning and managing evaluation and compensation systems
- Participating in PP Group standardization initiatives
- Analyzing HR data and addressing related issues
- Handling labor-related matters
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR generalist or consulting experience
- Experience in managing HR systems, particularly evaluation and compensation
