The HR Generalist role involves:
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensuring compliance with Canadian employment laws.
- Maintaining HR policies and procedures.
- Managing HRIS and personnel files.
- Processing payroll changes.
- Managing the recruitment process from job postings to offer letters.
Requirements for the role include:
- 3+ years of HR experience in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Pursuing CHRP certification or similar HR designation.
- Experience in a start-up setting.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
