HomeLight is seeking a Listing Operations Specialist to manage agents through the listing and sales process for Buy Before You Sell transactions. This role involves overseeing properties on the balance sheet and ensuring compliance with listing standards and risk management.
  • Managing HomeLight's portfolio of loan and property transactions.
  • Working with agent partners to ensure compliance with listing standards and risk management.
  • Communicating with agents on timelines, listing processes, and pricing changes.
  • Analyzing market and internal platform data to manage balance sheet risk.
  • Evaluating ways to enhance current processes.
  • Working with lender and agent partners regarding cross-selling and cross-qualification.
  • Managing accepted offer timelines, payments, and invoices.
  • Interacting with clients, keeping them informed and educated.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate and/or 25 to 50 closed transactions.
  • Real Estate listing experience.
  • Customer-first mindset.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter, and team player mentality.
