Job Description

IONOS is seeking a highly motivated and engaged Working Student (w/m/d) to strengthen their Mitigation Workgroup Team in the area of AI process automation. The successful candidate will contribute to building Europe's leading data-sovereign cloud provider. They will join a dynamic and innovative team that pushes technological boundaries and develops state-of-the-art cloud products. IONOS fosters an international team that breaks down silos and collaborates across departments to provide technical expertise and innovative solutions.

Role Involves:

• Developing AI-based tools for development processes to support the team in their daily work.
• Collaborating with the team to identify areas where AI can improve workflows and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Working closely with the team to ensure seamless integration of AI-based tools into existing workflows.

Requirements:

• Interest in AI technology, especially working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Initial experience in environments where the benefits of robust software practices have been experienced firsthand.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and the ability to write code, preferably in Go or Kotlin, are advantageous.
