Topsort is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their rapidly growing team in Santiago, Chile. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with c-suite executives and team leads to identify and recruit top talent, contributing to the company's mission of revolutionizing Retail Media.Responsibilities:

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple business functions.
• Drive pipeline through inbound and outbound resources.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to write comprehensive job descriptions.
• Provide expert guidance to team leads and hiring managers.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of recruiting processes.
• Focus on building out proactive hiring strategies.
• Develop employment brand opportunities.
• Own the Topsort employer brand.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience recruiting or equivalent business experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, analytical or technical environment.
• Highly motivated and organized, entrepreneurial working style.
• Ability to perform under pressure and thrive with challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct interviews in English.
• Spanish, Portuguese, and French are a plus!
