Topsort is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their rapidly growing team in Santiago, Chile. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with c-suite executives and team leads to identify and recruit top talent, contributing to the company's mission of revolutionizing Retail Media.
Responsibilities: - Own the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple business functions.
- Drive pipeline through inbound and outbound resources.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to write comprehensive job descriptions.
- Provide expert guidance to team leads and hiring managers.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of recruiting processes.
- Focus on building out proactive hiring strategies.
- Develop employment brand opportunities.
- Own the Topsort employer brand.
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience recruiting or equivalent business experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, analytical or technical environment.
- Highly motivated and organized, entrepreneurial working style.
- Ability to perform under pressure and thrive with challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct interviews in English.
- Spanish, Portuguese, and French are a plus!
