Product Designer

Job Description

Topsort is seeking a proactive and experienced Product Designer to join their growing US team. The Product Designer will transform complex products into intuitive experiences for retailers, marketplaces, and advertisers on Topsort’s platform. This role involves collaborating with product managers, engineers, and business teams to define and create user-centric products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and create user-centric products.
• Own the end-to-end design process for complex features.
• Translate complex, technical concepts into clean, intuitive interfaces.
• Help evolve and maintain the design system.
• Create engaging motion, video, and marketing materials.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or UX/UI Designer) in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex web and mobile design projects.
• Mastery of Figma, rapid wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile startup environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive and open to feedback.
• Ability to work onsite (office in Boston) 4 days a week.
• Openness to occasional travel for team offsites and customer visits.
