Job Description

Teads, now operating as Teads Outbrain Inc., is seeking a Sales Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, data-driven, and customer-centric, ready to build relationships and identify opportunities for clients.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and acquiring new clients, providing solution-based sales, and planning and executing native advertising strategies. They will also monitor KPIs, analyze data, and report on improvement measures in collaboration with the customer success team.

What will this role involve?

  • Planning and implementing strategies to develop and acquire new clients
  • Solution-based sales to solve clients’ issues
  • Hearing about the client’s business and marketing issues
  • Planning, proposal, and execution of native advertising strategies, KPIs, and analysis methods with an awareness of overall optimization
  • Fixed-point observation of KPIs, analysis, and reporting of improvement measures (in collaboration with the customer success team

What are the requirements?

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Work experience in the advertising industry (regardless of years)
  • Ability to manage and execute multi-tasking tasks
  • Strong commitment to work
