Job Description
Razorpay is seeking an Assistant Manager - Tech Support Engineering to join their team in Bangalore. Razorpay is a leading financial services organization committed to providing comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions to Indian businesses. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures for application support services. The Assistant Manager will manage a team to ensure all support requests are handled according to agreed procedures and will communicate with stakeholders on application support matters.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work directly with developers, clients, and internal teams on post-integration issues.
- Address technical queries on APIs, Plugins, and the complete Razorpay product suite.
- Follow the escalation matrix and engage stakeholders, communicating technical issues.
- Analyze incident trends and create action items to reduce service volume.
- Apply negotiation styles when managing internal & external stakeholders.
- Ensure team OKRs are met by tracking them daily.
- Communicate application support policies, procedures, and SLAs.
- Act as a technical expert for Razorpay products and their implementations.
- Enhance the overall experience of merchants by providing support for technical issues.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction meets organizational targets.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience as Application Support Lead/Manager.
- Experience working with the Payment Industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Management Systems.
- High degree of self-motivation and a can-do demeanor.
- Ability to gain valuable insights through data analysis and problem-solving.
- Technical, analytical, and presentation skills.
