Job Description
Razorpay is seeking a Junior Associate – Partnerships to join their team in Bangalore. This role is focused on business development and partner engagement. The candidate will manage partner communication, conduct demos, support outbound efforts, and contribute to field activities.
Role involves:
- Handling inbound calls and providing assistance to partners.
- Conducting product demos for potential partners and clients.
- Working on-field twice a week across Bangalore.
- Assisting with outbound projects and partner outreach.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of partner interactions.
- Collaborating with internal teams for partner onboarding and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience, OR MBA graduate with 1 year of experience.
- Experience in business development, partnerships, customer success, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in client facing or Partner Facing role.
- Ability to explain products and conduct demos confidently.
- Willingness to travel locally within Bangalore twice a week.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
