Job Description
Vimeo is seeking an Account Manager II to foster and expand relationships within the Vimeo Streaming product line. The Account Manager will be responsible for growing and retaining existing enterprise accounts by understanding client needs and identifying strategic opportunities. What this role involves:
- Managing a portfolio of existing clients utilizing Vimeo Streaming's enterprise product, with a focus on retention and expansion
- Serving as a client advocate, effectively translating client needs into actionable feedback for product and support teams
- Becoming a product expert and strategic advisor, guiding clients on how to best leverage our technology for business growth
- Understanding and anticipating clients’ business needs to drive the success of key accounts
- Facilitating quarterly business reviews and ongoing client engagement across accounts
- Negotiating contract renewals and expansion opportunities
- Proactively managing a pipeline of renewal and expansion opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue objectives
- Confidently conveying Vimeo’s value proposition through direct client engagement and by leveraging relevant communication tools
- Assisting in collecting client feedback, defining processes, and identifying best practices to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS industry
- Demonstrated passion for and understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by video creators and entrepreneurs
- Proven track record of expanding existing client accounts
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other relevant sales tools
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas
