Job Description
Zepz is seeking a HRIS Migration Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves leading the migration of the company's decentralized People Team technology stack into a streamlined, centralized architecture. The Project Manager will report to the Director of People Operations and will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of this project.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of data migration processes and best practices
  • Experience with change management methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
