Job Description
dbt Labs is seeking a Senior Global Immigration and Mobility Specialist to lead and manage its global immigration and mobility program. The role involves ensuring compliance with immigration laws, enhancing employee mobility experiences, and aligning policies with the company’s global growth strategy. The candidate will serve as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders and external vendors, acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor in global mobility and immigration practices.

What this role involves:
  • Overseeing and managing all facets of the global immigration program.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for U.S. and global immigration matters.
  • Conducting regular assessments to improve immigration and mobility policies.
  • Partnering with People Operations, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and other teams.
  • Coordinating international relocations and managing relationships with vendors.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation and resources for employees.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience managing global immigration or mobility programs.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. and global immigration processes and visa types.
  • Experience partnering with legal counsel and managing external immigration vendors.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in process improvement, program management, and policy development.
