Job Description
TransferGo is seeking a highly analytical FX & Treasury Quantitative Analyst to join their Treasury team. This role combines expertise in foreign exchange (FX) trading with a strong focus on data analysis. The ideal candidate will drive optimisation, enhance risk management, and deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics.

Role Involves:
  • Analysing market data and customer transaction behavior.
  • Designing, testing, and implementing automated FX trading strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards.
  • Assessing treasury and FX trading workflows.
  • Producing regular reports on FX trading and treasury performance.
  • Supporting execution of FX hedging transactions and management of FX risk exposure.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a financial institution or fintech.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling using Python, R, or similar tools.
  • Strong coding skills in SQL, VBA and/or Python for data analysis and automation.
  • In-depth understanding of FX markets and products and treasury instruments.
  • Experience with FX trading platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools for building dashboards.
  • Exceptional ability to analyse complex datasets, identify patterns, and solve problems quantitatively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high sense of accountability.
