Field Account Executive - Hospitality (German speaking, Hamburg based, m/f/x)

Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking a Field Account Executive to join their team in Hamburg, Germany. This role involves transforming how restaurants operate by using a consultative approach to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new restaurateurs. The Field Account Executive will develop customized solutions to help businesses thrive and build the Lightspeed brand in the local area.Responsibilities include:

• Generating lists of prospective restaurants and managing the entire sales cycle.
• Conducting demos and developing solutions that meet prospect needs.
• Partnering with teams across the business to ensure expectations are met.
• Leveraging Salesforce to manage all sales activities.
• Understanding the competitive landscape and positioning Lightspeed effectively.

Requirements include:

• Self-motivation, creativity, and flexibility.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• General technical proficiency with software.
• Excellent communication and written skills in German.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in sourcing or closing customers, restaurant operations, or a related field is a plus.
