Global Sourcing Specialist - Softline

Job Description

BDA is seeking a Global Sourcing Specialist to join their Softline Group. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about delivering high-quality apparel and accessories. This role supports the execution of world-class products for iconic brands, managing sourcing tasks across development, vendor coordination, and cost negotiation.Responsibilities include:

• Supporting vendor onboarding and relationship management.
• Assisting in product development activities.
• Contributing to cost negotiations and tracking vendor quotes.
• Monitoring production timelines and supporting on-time delivery.
• Ensuring compliance and documentation requirements are met.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.

BDA requires:

• 5+ years of sourcing, production, or vendor management experience in softlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with overseas manufacturing and vendor coordination.
• Basic knowledge of product development, sample management, and costing.
• Proficiency with Oracle, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
