Atlas Metrics, supported by Cherry Ventures, is seeking a People & Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition and HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, HR operations, and ensure compliance with German labor law.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing full-cycle recruiting.
- Planning future headcount needs.
- Managing day-to-day HR operations.
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding.
- Ensuring HR processes comply with German labor law.
- Fostering a positive workplace culture.
Requirements include:
- 2-3 years of experience in People & Recruiting at a startup.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of German labor law.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with modern HR tools.
- Fluent German speaker and writer.
