Job Description
PagerDuty is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead their Majors Sales team. This role reports to the RVP Sales and involves guiding Account Executives in managing extensive portfolios and driving growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling sales teams.

Role involves:
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Majors AEs.
  • Coaching AEs on efficient portfolio management.
  • Developing comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Implementing scalable sales methodologies.
  • Creating structured approaches for pipeline management.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying field experience in software/SaaS sales.
  • 3+ years of leading sales teams handling extensive account portfolios.
  • Proven ability to coach AEs on efficient territory management.
  • Experience implementing scalable sales processes.
  • Track record of accurately forecasting across diverse pipelines.
