In this role, the Sales Manager will engage with customers, contribute to process improvement, and participate in special projects. What this role involves:
- Communicating Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
- Troubleshooting the point-of-sale system
- Overseeing store inventory management
- Developing new processes to improve customer service
- Managing daily zoning schedules
- Opening and closing the store
- Leading team meetings
- Directing a team of 8–10 members
- Assisting with performance reviews and new hire onboarding
- Cultivating an inclusive, service-minded work culture
Requirements:
- 1+ year of retail management experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Managerial experience in sales or operations at a customer-focused retailer
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Eagerness to learn new skills
- Upbeat and empathetic team player
- Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace
