Job Description
Warby Parker is seeking a service-oriented Sales Manager (Assistant Store Manager) to support a team of Retail Advisors in creating exceptional glasses-shopping experiences. The Sales Manager will engage with customers, contribute to process improvement, and participate in special projects, impacting the company's success and learning from business and Retail leaders.
    What this role involves:
  • Communicating Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
  • Troubleshooting the point-of-sale system
  • Overseeing store inventory management
  • Developing new processes to improve customer service
  • Managing daily zoning schedules
  • Opening and closing the store
  • Leading meetings and roundtables
  • Directing a team of 8–10 team members
  • Assisting with performance reviews and new hire onboarding
  • Cultivating an inclusive, service-minded work culture
    Requirements:
  • 1+ year in a management position in Retail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Managerial experience in sales or operations at a customer-focused retailer
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Eagerness to learn new skills
  • Upbeat and empathetic team player
  • Driven to be a top performer
  • Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace
  • Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
