Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) for their new store opening in Closter, NJ. This role involves creating amazing customer experiences and contributing to the success of the business through face-to-face interactions. The Sales Supervisor will share Warby Parker's story and mission, participate in process improvement, and handle special projects.

Requirements:
  • Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
  • 6+ months in a management position
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly under pressure
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to learn
