Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) to deliver outstanding customer experiences at their Union Square, New York location. This full-time role involves direct customer interaction, sharing the company's mission, and contributing to process improvement and special projects.Warby Parker believes the posted hourly range is accurate for this role at the time of posting and may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications, and location, among others. This range may be modified in the future. In addition to the hourly rate, this role is also eligible to receive a cash bonus as part of the total compensation package.What this role involves:
  • Communicating Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
  • Promoting an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
  • Demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and offering style advice
  • Leading sales, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases in the absence of a manager
  • Opening and closing the store

Requirements:
  • Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
  • 6+ months in a management position
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
