Job Description
Warby Parker is seeking an Optometric Technician to work alongside Optometrists and provide excellent patient experiences in their New York store. The Optometric Technician will manage patients, conduct pre-testing, assist with contact lens training, deliver video-assisted eye exams, collect data, and ensure smooth eye exam operations.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between doctor and patient.
- Perform preliminary clinical data collection.
- Support contact lens wearers with insertion and removal training.
- Manage patient flow and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare reports and maintain organized exam rooms.
- Support the retail sales team as directed by the Store Leader
Requirements:

- Excited to work in a high-volume retail setting.
