Job Description
Warby Parker is seeking a part-time Optometric Technician to join their team in New York. This role involves working closely with Optometrists to provide exceptional eye exam experiences for patients. The Optometric Technician will manage patient flow, perform pre-testing, and support contact lens training.
Role involves:
- Acting as a liaison between doctor and patient
- Performing preliminary clinical data collection
- Supporting contact lens insertion and removal training
- Managing patient flow and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing and maintaining organized exam rooms
Requirements:
- Professional and compassionate approach to patient care
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Strong multitasking, organization, and time management abilities
- Comfortable with technology and new medical applications
