This role involves shaping and executing Nu's strategy for Colombia, leading high-impact projects, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with a proven track record of driving initiatives from concept to completion.

The Corporate Strategy and Development II will play a key role in proposing and supporting strategic business decisions, exploring new product opportunities, and identifying, developing, and securing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape and execute Nu’s strategy for Colombia.
  • Lead high-impact projects end-to-end.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships.
  • Generate market insights through research and analysis.
  • Provide structured content leadership.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proven project management track record.
  • Experience with strategic partnerships.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field.
