Job Description
Virtu Financial, a leading financial technology firm, is seeking a Client Services Analyst to join its Analytics team in New York. This role involves daily client communication, helping clients utilize Virtu's analytics products, answering questions, and working on client-specific consulting projects. The ideal candidate will proactively engage with clients, understand their needs, think quickly, learn new subject matter, and work well in a team environment, with a passion for financial markets.
Responsibilities:
  • Supporting internal and external clients in their use of Virtu's Analytics product suite
  • Analyze trade data for insights and actionable recommendations to our clients
  • Create and deliver client presentations on transaction costs and bespoke research projects
  • Contribute to new sales, product initiatives, and thought leadership content
  • Leveraging data, technology and automation to drive operational improvement both internally and for our clients.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in a financial institution; talented graduates will also be considered
  • Excellent academic background; Business, Economics, or Data Analytics degrees preferred
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build interpersonal relationships
  • Analytically minded, data-driven thinker
  • Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Team player who excels at collective team goals
  • Some programming experience is a plus
