Betsson is seeking a Community Manager for Sports Content to join their team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role involves bringing digital content to life, executing communication plans, and creating engaging content for various platforms. The Community Manager will monitor online conversations, build community, and analyze social media performance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Bringing digital content to life in line with the company’s overall social media strategy.
  • Executing tailored communication plans for each channel.
  • Creating engaging and creative content adapted to each platform based on various projects and activities.
  • Monitoring and engaging in online conversations, directing inquiries to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Building and nurturing an engaged community.
  • Tracking and analyzing social media channels to identify improvement areas and enhance performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in content planning and social media management.
  • Experience with report building, competitive analysis, and metrics tracking.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Adaptability and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong interest in emerging social media trends.
  • Student or graduate in Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • English level: Minimum B2.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to collaborate across departments within Betsson.
  • Enthusiasm and involvement in the execution and delivery of different projects.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Passion for entertainment and sports—especially football.
  • Talent for crafting witty, engaging, and creative messages that resonate with our audience and foster genuine connections.
