Job Description
Betsson is seeking a Payments and Fraud Team Leader to manage and lead Payments Analysts or Shift Leaders in Malta. The primary goal is to mitigate fraud, provide the best payment experience, and ensure excellent customer service across all brands within the payment operations.He/She will be responsible for:
- Managing and supervising the team, monitoring workload, and re-assigning tasks.
- Assisting, guiding, and mentoring team members.
- Guiding the development of payment and fraud procedures, applications, tools, and training.
- Recruiting new Payments Analysts/Shift Leaders.
- Ensuring agents are trained to the highest standards.
- Managing team coverage and allocated tasks.
- Conducting performance reviews and one-to-one meetings.
- Managing the team through performance reviews and disciplinary processes.
- Ensuring top-quality service and high-quality output.
- Maintaining team meetings to share updates.
- Compiling relevant data and reports.
- Investigating and implementing improvements.
- Identifying, prioritizing, and reporting system errors.
- Creating and maintaining a positive working environment.
- Ensuring the department meets KPIs and SLAs.
- Making key decisions in complex investigations.
- Collaborating with Customer Support, AML, and RG teams.
- Navigating the team through fast-paced operations.
- Approving high-value payments.
- Supporting the Head of Operations in strategy decisions.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing payments and fraud teams.
- Ability to supervise and mentor team members.
- Knowledge of payment and fraud procedures.
- Experience in recruitment and training.
