Data Analyst II (L3)

Job Description

Teachable is seeking a Data Analyst II to join their Data team. This role supports data-driven decision-making within the company. The Data Analyst will report to the Head of Data and collaborate with business and product teams to validate hypotheses, answer complex business questions, perform data experiments, and disseminate actionable insights.

In this role, the Data Analyst will:

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate business questions into data analyses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
• Ensure data quality and consistency.
• Continuously improve reporting processes.

Requirements for this role include:

• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Sigma, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Advanced English proficiency.
