Karbon, a global leader in practice management software for accounting firms, is seeking a Program Manager to lead and deliver key strategic initiatives. The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within budget and deadlines. They will define project objectives, oversee quality control, and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.Role involves:

• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams.
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues.
• Communicating project expectations and progress to stakeholders.
• Driving the adoption of project management methodologies.
• Tracking project milestones and delivering progress reports.
• Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard of quality.
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of program management experience in the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Proactive and results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) is desirable.
