Forma.ai, a Series B startup revolutionizing sales compensation, is seeking an Analytics Manager. This role involves new customer implementations, translating business needs into code, and optimizing data pipelines. The Analytics Manager will collaborate with stakeholders, manage a team of Analytics Engineers, and guide their development.Role involves:

• Building and optimizing code for big data pipelines
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
• Managing a team of Analytics Engineers
• Guiding the personal development of team members

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Python, SQL, and Databricks/PySpark
• API experience is a bonus
• Solid background in building automated data ingestion and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer empathy
• Detail-oriented and collaborative
• Eagerness to learn new skills
