Job Description
OLIVER, established in 2004, specializes in creating and managing in-house agencies for brands. It is part of The Brandtech Group, leveraging AI technology to enhance efficiency and creativity. They are seeking an IT Support to provide technical support for all staff within OLIVER APAC, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The IT Support role involves proactive solutions and resolving support requests to meet customer satisfaction.
What this role involves:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support for users, PC, Mac and printer infrastructure.
- Administering Active Directory and providing server support where possible.
- Escalating IT issues to the Senior IT Manager when necessary.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Undertaking small- to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT manager.
- Managing and troubleshooting Office 365 and other cloud-based systems.
- Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops.
- Installing authorized software to laptops and desktops.
- Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops.
- Fault finding to laptops and desktops.
- Maintaining logs on servers, desktops, and laptops.
- Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts.
- Supporting Mac OSX, Windows 10, and Windows 7 operating systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support.
- Decent Internet Connection Minimum 100Mbps connection
- Strong knowledge and experience on a MacOS environment.
- Excellent communications and written skills ability to speak and write English fluently
