Job Description
League is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Apps and Solutions to help define the long-term strategy and roadmaps for complex applications powered by League's platform. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding their priorities, and ensuring smooth implementations and feature delivery. The Senior Product Manager will monitor solution metrics, participate in product reviews, and serve as a subject matter expert on the League platform capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage roadmaps for strategic customers.
  • Develop client relationships by offering and delivering League solutions.
  • Run product discovery and compile product requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on League platform capabilities.
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog of enhancements.
  • Define requirements and value proposition of custom features.
  • Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Customer Success as the primary Product Management point of contact.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Product Management or healthcare digital consulting experience.
  • Experience with the healthcare payer market is preferred.
  • Expert-level feature solutioning.
  • Strong client management skills.
  • Experience working with large engineering teams.
  • Agile development expertise.
  • Experience working with large corporate clients.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
