Job Description

GROPYUS is seeking a Project Manager to support business-critical initiatives and projects end-to-end. The Project Manager will assess and analyze project scope, requirements, critical paths, risks, and stakeholder groups. They will establish project governance and reporting, supporting optimizations to the overall process. The ideal candidate can prioritize, focus, and deliver results in a dynamic project landscape. They should be a natural communicator, active listener, and exhibit strong situational leadership.Role involves:

• Supporting and potentially leading business-critical initiatives and projects.
• Assessing and analyzing project scope, requirements, and risks.
• Establishing and operating project governance and reporting.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders and sponsors.
• Managing disagreements constructively.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of end-to-end project and program management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects across business, technology, and digital product.
• Basic working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
• Fluent in English and German.
