Job Description
Cisco is seeking a Scale Leader for their ThousandEyes Customer Success team. This role involves building and leading a team of Customer Success Managers focused on driving adoption and value realization for North American customers. The Scale Leader will collaborate with various departments within Cisco to advocate for customers and ensure a high-quality experience throughout their lifecycle.

Role involves:
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Scale Customer Success Managers.
  • Driving success metrics for North America, focusing on retention and expansion.
  • Analyzing customer trends and providing insights to leadership.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to drive customer retention.
  • Serving as an executive point of escalation for client renewals.
  • Designing and implementing playbooks to scale customer success.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in SaaS and Cloud technologies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Digital Marketing, or Data-Driven role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a related field.
  • Understanding of the customer journey in an Enterprise SaaS context.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Catalyst, Gainsight, etc.
