CDL A Driver - Geothermal Drill Team

Job Description

Dandelion Energy is seeking a CDL A Driver to join its Geothermal Drilling Team in Denver, CO. This role involves driving company vehicles to and from residential job sites, assisting with loading and unloading drilling equipment, and supporting on-site drilling operations. The driver will handle drill pipe, mix mud and grout, and operate auxiliary tools, learning directly from experienced drillers.

• Drive company vehicles (Class A required) to and from residential job sites.
• Assist with loading and unloading drilling equipment and materials
• Support drilling operations on-site: handle drill pipe, mix mud and grout, operate auxiliary tools
• Learn directly from experienced drillers—this is on-the-job training for a skilled trade
• Keep the drill rig and site clean, organized, and safe
• Perform maintenance and inventory tasks as needed
• Follow all safety and quality protocols

Candidates must have a valid CDL A license with a clean driving record, comfort working outdoors in a physical, team-based environment, and an interest in learning drilling or construction trades. The ability to lift 80–100 lbs safely and repeatedly, along with a team-oriented, hard-working attitude, is essential.
