Product Specialist - Implementation/Onboarding

Job Description

Zenoti is seeking a Product Specialist to join their team in Hyderabad. In this role, the Product Specialist will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them in adopting Zenoti solutions to improve operations and increase revenue. They will conduct demos, walkthroughs, and solution reviews, as well as design and set up proof of concepts for high-priority customers. The Product Specialist will also configure Zenoti to align with customer business scenarios, identify risks, and address customer issues promptly.

To be considered for this role, candidates should have 1-7 years of experience in implementation and support of enterprise products, strong software exposure, and excellent communication skills. They should also be able to manage multiple projects, deliver excellent customer presentations, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of web design and experience in the wellness/spa industry are a plus.
