Job Description
Dialpad is seeking an Account Executive, Mid-Market to manage the full sales cycle. The Account Executive will work with Sales leadership and Sales Engineers to turn prospects into Dialpad clients. The role involves solving complex communication problems for businesses globally. The Mid-Market sales team collaborates with SDRs, Channel Partners, Sales Engineers, Sales leadership, and peers to improve sales efficiency. This position is based in Austin, TX, and reports to a Mid-Market Regional Vice President.

What this role involves:
  • Owning the entire sales process, converting leads into a pipeline.
  • Building strategic prospecting campaigns to source opportunities.
  • Managing and closing complex transactions with multiple stakeholders.
  • Owning deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in managing strategic deal cycles.
  • Preferred expertise in SaaS (UCaaS and/or CCaaS).
