Job Description
Dott, the European champion of shared micro-mobility, is seeking a Market Development Senior Associate to join their team in Paris. This role involves building relationships with key cities across Europe and the Middle East and securing key city contracts. The Senior Associate will focus on delivering and winning competitive bids, working closely with policy managers and internal stakeholders to position Dott as the most responsible micromobility operator.

The role involves:
  • Collaborating with policy managers to identify city needs and competitive gaps.
  • Developing and executing action plans to secure wins in top markets.
  • Assembling and managing project teams.
  • Identifying and prioritizing bid work streams.
  • Delivering high-quality bids tailored to local contexts and needs.
  • Working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm or managing public tenders.
  • Proven ability to autonomously manage complex projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Persuasive writing skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality content and deliverables.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in both English & French.
