Senior Director, Product - Head of Property Management

Roofstock is seeking a Senior Director of Product to lead the product vision and execution for its Property Management division. This role involves driving operational efficiency, enhancing user experience, and creating competitive differentiation through product innovation. The Senior Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Roofstock's overall company objectives.Roofstock is an end-to-end investment platform for single-family rental homes, committed to making real estate investing accessible and simple. With a team of over 600 employees and recent acquisitions, Roofstock is expanding its platform to support both long-term and short-term rental investment services.Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy.
• Lead the end-to-end product development process.
• Mentor a team of product managers.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams.
• Design products that drive operational efficiencies.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in real estate, property management, proptech, or relevant SaaS platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
