Senior Contracts Manager

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to play a critical role in achieving company goals. The Senior Contract Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining strong relationships with business teams and establishing client and vendor contracts for those teams. This role involves contract negotiation, closeout, extension, and renewal, as well as communicating contractual changes to stakeholders.

The role involves:

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and contracting standards.
• Keeping leadership and business teams informed of contract status.
• Coordinating agreement execution and tracking expirations.
• Assisting in the design and maintenance of contract files and databases.
• Improving processes and implementing policies for timely contract execution.

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary Degree or Certificate.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably in the life science or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Fluency in English.
