Job Description
Precision Medicine Group is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to support its global organization. The SharePoint Administrator will be a key contributor in the administration and support of the company's M365 collaboration infrastructure. The role requires strong hands-on experience supporting M365 services with a focus on SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive administration to provide day-to-day support and management.
- Analyzing and improving SharePoint permission structures
- Optimizing sites according to Microsoft modern architecture best practices
- Providing governance reports to management
- Documenting
- Migrating workloads end-to-end from on-premise to cloud or cloud to cloud using ShareGate
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite and its products, focusing on SharePoint and Teams.
- 2+ years of migrating SharePoint content libraries using tools such as Sharegate or equivalent.
- 2+ years of modernizing permissions around M365 content for least privilege access.
- 2+ years of automation around M365 processes.
- 2+ years migrating on-premise workloads to M365 and cleaning up stale data post migration.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
