Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a People Technology Manager to lead a team of analysts in configuring, implementing, and maintaining their Workforce Software system. The People Technology Manager will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to identify requirements, design solutions, and offer technical guidance. Role involves:
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of People Technology analysts.
- Partnering with HR, Payroll, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the SuccessFactors team.
- Overseeing system upgrades, fixes, and enhancements.
- Providing expert advice on Workforce Software best practices.
- Working with integration Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation.
- Staying informed about the latest system functionalities, releases, and patches.
- Performing in-depth business design, analysis, internal consulting, application testing, and design reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a customer-facing environment.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Workforce Software Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Strong expertise in Workforce Software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting project deadlines.
