Job Description

PlayStation is seeking an LTV Optimisation Planning Lead to join their team in London. This role is crucial for driving player-focused experimentation and strategic learning to increase lifetime value across the PlayStation ecosystem. The successful candidate will work within the PS Store team and the wider Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) organization, focusing on understanding player behaviors and uncovering growth opportunities.

The LTV Optimisation Planning Lead will collaborate with insight and commercial teams to ideate and validate customer-led activations and experiments. They will design and manage end-to-end experiments, measure and communicate outcomes, and own the commercial management of strategic partners.

What this role involves:

  • Leveraging data to ideate and validate customer-led activations and experimentation.
  • Designing and managing end-to-end experiments.
  • Leading tactical experiments at the franchise and platform level.
  • Measuring and communicating experiment outcomes.
  • Owning the commercial management of key strategic partners.

What PlayStation is looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, CRM, commercial strategy, data + analytics, or customer loyalty roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and strong data literacy.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead complex projects with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated success using data-driven experimentation.
  • Comfort navigating fast-paced, multi-functional settings.
  • Proactive “growth hacker” attitude.
  • A collaborative teammate.
