Job Description
Forward Networks is seeking a highly motivated Systems (Sales) Engineer to grow its presence in the German market. The successful candidate will partner with the Regional Sales Director to sell Forward Networks' solutions to both prospective and existing customers, collaborating closely with partners. This role involves acting as the primary technical resource for the sales team, supporting large enterprise accounts, and serving as the product advocate and key technical advisor throughout the sales process.Responsibilities include:
- Leading the technology evaluation phase.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Assessing technical feasibility and qualifying potential deployment opportunities.
- Developing and delivering compelling product demonstrations and proofs of concept (POCs).
- Responding to functional and technical aspects of RFIs and RFPs.
- Collaborating with internal product management and engineering teams.
- Representing the product at field events.
Requirements include:
- Strong understanding of networking and security solutions and vendors.
- Deep understanding of networking and security solutions, including key vendors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 5+ years’ experience selling to Enterprise customers for a networking company or relevant software vendor.
- Superior presentation skills.
