Job Description
Zenvia is seeking a Junior Operations Developer to join its dynamic and collaborative environment. The candidate will work within dedicated and/or shared squads, contributing to valuable deliveries through the potential of Zenvia's platforms.
Role involves:
- Developing on Jornadas (document generation) and/or ALTU (virtual assistants) platforms.
- Working on widely used products such as Zenvia NLU, Zenvia Bots, Zenvia Docs, and Zenvia Chat.
- Participating in agile team ceremonies.
- Writing documentation for implemented solutions.
- Following best practices and project standards.
- Ensuring implemented solutions follow an evolutionary approach.
- Learning new market technologies.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of programming logic.
- Knowledge of CMM and ETL.
- Basic knowledge of Javascript and JSON.
- Knowledge of Git.
- Good interpersonal communication, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
- Being organized and presenting results.
- Determination, proactivity, dynamism, and commitment to work results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to handle complex negotiations and conflict resolution, if necessary.
